Qualifications:
- Active COTA credentials/certification required
- Experience providing therapy services to children or adolescents preferred
- Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing tailored therapy plans for K-12 students
- Work closely with students individually or in small groups to address their specific needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide relevant input as needed
