Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, with a strong understanding of student IEPs and collaborative services

- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver supportive, skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to enhance student access to the curriculum
- Help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills that enable full participation in the school day
- Track progress, record data, and contribute to ongoing IEP meetings and therapy planning
- Provide feedback, resources, and education to teachers and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies
This part-time assignment runs from ASAP through May 30th, offering 2–3 days of meaningful clinical engagement each week. You’ll primarily work with preschool and elementary-age students, supporting their growth in a vibrant educational environment.
