Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy interventions as outlined by the supervising occupational therapist
- Work with a caseload of elementary students with diverse needs, supporting their growth in both classroom and sensory-motor environments
- Record accurate progress data, contribute to documentation, and provide input for ongoing assessments
- Implement individualized therapy plans under supervision, utilizing adaptive tools and activities to engage students
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain communication with teachers and families as needed
- Adapt and adjust session plans based on real-time student needs and feedback
