Key Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with valid credentials
- Previous experience working in a school setting is required
- Comfort working with K-8th grade students across a range of needs

Responsibilities:
- Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities through direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Implement IEP goals under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Adapt activities and provide interventions to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with the educational team to ensure each student’s needs are met effectively
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support successful student outcomes
