This onsite position runs through June 2027 and offers the chance to support students’ growth and collaborate with experienced Occupational Therapists on a variety of assessments. Your site assignment will follow the interview process, and every effort will be made to accommodate your location preferences.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active COTA license for the state is required
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Understanding of pediatric and adolescent therapeutic needs
- Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP processes
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from supervising Occupational Therapists
- Flexibility to work across various school sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and plans
- Support OTs in conducting assessments, data collection, and documentation
- Track student progress and provide feedback to the educational team
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in meetings, training, and team consultations as required
