Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - New Britain, CT

Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, holding active CT certification
- Prefer applicants with previous experience in school settings
- Comfortable supporting K-12 caseloads in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Effective communicator; able to build rapport with students, educators, and families
- Adaptable and organized, ready for a fast-paced, varied student schedule
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy plans developed by supervising occupational therapists
- Provide direct and consultative OT services for ESY students
- Track and document student progress, contributing to IEP updates as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student engagement and independence
- Maintain compliance with all state and district policies for therapy provision
