Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active COTA license or eligibility to obtain one in the state
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement and document individualized treatment plans
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Track progress and adjust strategies to maximize student participation and success
