Qualifications:
- Active COTA or OT License in Massachusetts is required
- Previous experience in a school setting is valued, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to work with K-8 populations and adapt to varied student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as directed by an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service staff to ensure student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation
- Support a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment
This position runs from September 2026 to June 2027 and consists of 15 hours per week across two days. You’ll enjoy highly competitive pay ranging from $30–$35 per hour, paid weekly.
