Qualifications:
- Valid and active COTA license in California
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with supervising Occupational Therapists to deliver treatment plans for students across the district
- Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
- Assist with evaluations, develop therapy materials, and maintain documentation as required
- Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to IEP development
