Desired experience and qualities:
- Valid Illinois COTA license required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy support preferred

Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions as planned by the supervising OTR, helping students build critical skills
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and other support staff to integrate strategies into the school setting
- Support documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and state standards
- Work primarily with students from PreK to 8th grade, addressing a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs
- Travel between assigned elementary buildings in the local area as needed
