Qualifications & Experience
- Active Florida Department of Health OTA license required
- Experience working with students in school-based settings highly valued
- Must complete district fingerprinting requirements (clearing from AHCA Clearinghouse is accepted if printed previously)
- Ability to effectively manage a flexible schedule across multiple school locations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students in PreK through 12th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Carry out interventions and track student progress across varied caseloads
- Support students in developing and practicing daily living and classroom skills to access the curriculum
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
This position is expected to run from ASAP through June 1, 2027, with a schedule of 35 hours per week during the school year. You’ll enjoy the variety of serving different locations while making a consistent, meaningful impact in each community.
