School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Poulsbo, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington (WA) COTA license required
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to travel across multiple school sites within the district
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions as directed by an OT, tailored to individual student needs
- Support classroom participation, self-care, and motor skill development
- Document sessions, maintain progress notes, and communicate with education teams and families
- Monitor, motivate, and adapt activities to support students’ learning goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as appropriate
