This full-time role offers up to 37.5 hours weekly and begins as soon as possible, lasting through June 16, 2027. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll play a key role in enhancing students’ educational journeys district-wide, teaming up with occupational therapists, educators, and families.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Washington State COTA license required
- Previous experience working in schools highly preferred
- Solid grasp of COTA practices and therapeutic interventions for ages K-12
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Occupational Therapists in implementing student treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy and document student progress per IEP goals
- Adapt and modify classroom materials and environments for student needs
- Communicate and consult with teachers, families, and educational staff
- Help assess student abilities, track outcomes, and assist with care planning
