Position Highlights:

- Collaborate with experienced occupational therapists and other educational professionals in a supportive team setting.
- Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in accordance with educational plans.
- Develop and adapt activities to help students master essential life and academic skills, promoting independence and growth.
- Document progress, contribute observations to assessment reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Foster positive, encouraging relationships with students, staff, and families to promote inclusive participation across school settings.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid COTA certification.
- Experience working in a school environment is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student abilities and backgrounds.
