Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - San Bernardino, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited COTA program
- Active COTA license in California
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Dedication to fostering student independence and participation
Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed OT
- Provide direct support to students in classroom and therapeutic settings
- Track progress and adapt activities to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Assist in developing and modifying adaptive materials or strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of interventions and outcomes
