Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a COTA, meeting state and national requirements

- Ability to follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement therapy plans

- Proficiency in documentation and organizational tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability within diverse school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Carry out interventions that address sensory, motor, and adaptive skills to promote student participation
- Collect and record data for ongoing assessment and progress monitoring
- Attend IEP meetings as needed to collaborate on student goals and strategies
- Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Support teachers and staff by offering strategies and modifications for classroom success
