Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a COTA
- Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy interventions
- Ability to design and implement therapy sessions tailored to school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8

- Assist in developing and adapting therapeutic interventions and activities
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and school-based team discussions
