Qualifications & Certifications:
- Licensed COTA in Virginia
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and within a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist students in developing functional skills for classroom participation and daily living
- Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with staff and families about student progress
- Support the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process by providing necessary documentation and attending meetings as required
