Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Join Our Team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist!
We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a student-focused team for the current school year. This is a full-time opportunity working with PreK through 5th grade students, providing essential therapy services that help children succeed both academically and functionally within the school environment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment.
- NBCOT certification preferred or required per state regulations.
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services according to IEP requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide consultation services as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional school participation skills.
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration efforts.
