Qualifications:
- Earned a master’s or doctorate degree in occupational therapy
- Holds active OT licensure in Ohio
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but not mandatory
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with teachers and families
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students in PreK through 5th grade
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to foster student success
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Travel between four school buildings to meet student needs
- Contribute to IEP development and attend meetings as necessary
