Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Active OT licensure in Ohio
- Experience working in school-based settings is preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions to approximately 38 students requiring direct services and 5 students in a consultative capacity
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs and progress monitoring plans
- Travel between four buildings as needed to provide comprehensive support within your caseload
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that enables every student to succeed
