What we’re looking for:
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Educational Specialist I or II Certificate (required)
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Carbon and/or Lehigh County, PA
- Experience supporting students with diverse disabilities and customized support needs
- Comfortable adhering to a school-day schedule of up to 35 hours per week
- Ability to attend an in-person interview locally
- Previously demonstrated school-based, pediatric, or special education experience is a plus
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver occupational therapy services aligned to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess students’ needs, develop therapy plans, and provide direct and consultative intervention
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt support to meet evolving student needs in a dynamic school environment
