Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist, with active state credentials
- Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing both direct service and remote therapy delivery
- Committed to supporting diverse learners and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities to identify strengths and areas requiring intervention
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies
- Deliver therapy services 3 days onsite, with 2 days provided remotely
- Document progress and maintain required reporting standards for compliance
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and other therapy professionals to support students’ IEP goals
- Contribute ideas and insight during team discussions, ensuring a holistic care approach
