Occupational Therapist School Setting in Granbury, TX

Qualifications & Experience: • Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials appropriate for school-based practice • Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment highly desirable • Skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and achieving therapeutic goals for K-12 students • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities • Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs and settings • Comfortable with technology needed for remote service delivery
Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the special education team • Deliver direct and consultative OT services both onsite and virtually, supporting students in achieving functional outcomes • Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with regulations • Engage in regular coordination with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and profession-related initiatives
