Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and active, unencumbered license to practice as an OT.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children highly preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively partner with an established OT team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfort adapting interventions for diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and serve an assigned portion of a 200-student caseload alongside three other staff.
- Administer evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to school guidelines.
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in classroom and virtual environments.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster positive outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for educational planning.
