Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (IL OT License).
- Experience or interest in school-based occupational therapy practices.

- Organizational skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and caseload requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students based on identified needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, treatment notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and state standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student programming.
- Adapt and modify activities and materials to promote student access and engagement.
