Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Illinois OT license or eligibility for licensure

Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services at Thomas Middle School and South Middle School, on-site
- Participate in building-level teams for assessments and reevaluations

- Serve as a collaborative contributor on a skilled OT team
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
