Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in Early Childhood through 2nd Grade
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support students' participation and success in the educational setting
- Consult with school staff regarding accommodations, modifications, and strategies to support student needs
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
