Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Illinois.
- Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new work environments and student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in a school setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans for students.
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Promote independence, participation, and skill development for students.
- Support a positive, inclusive educational environment.
