Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current and valid Illinois Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
- Strong collaborative skills for integrated team environments
- Passion for early childhood education and developmental support
- Flexibility to adapt to a fluid caseload
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Deliver services using a hands-on, play-based approach within the classroom setting
- Collaborate closely with educators and allied professionals for integrated instruction
- Contribute input to multidisciplinary meetings and planning
- Track and report on student progress with clarity and accuracy
