School Occupational Therapist - Berwyn, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Prior experience or background in school-based OT preferred
- Strong knowledge of OT interventions for elementary-aged children

- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Work with a manageable caseload, focusing on students’ fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with IEP teams to create and implement targeted interventions
- Document progress and communicate findings with families and staff
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment for every child’s success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
This position offers a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week, running from August 2026 through May 2027, giving you a stable framework to make an impact over the school year.
