What you bring:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting preferred

- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Organizational skills for navigating varied student needs and scheduling
- Availability to work full-time, onsite, during district calendar dates
What you'll do:
- Deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Document services provided and maintain accurate therapy notes
- Consult with teachers, special education staff, and administrators as needed
- Develop and adapt interventions to promote student participation and access to curriculum
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district
