Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, active OT license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with the needs and dynamics of school-based caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
- Assess students to determine OT needs and provide interventions to support functional performance
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff across multiple locations to develop programming and monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for each student
