What you'll do:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' strengths and areas for support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Create engaging and individualized therapy interventions for elementary students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust plans to maximize success
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other team members regarding student needs and progress
