Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid OT license required to be considered
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a classroom or school-based setting
- Must hold, or be actively pursuing, a CDE license (CDE license or proof of application required for application review)
- Comfortable working onsite at two separate schools
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective student and staff engagement
- Organizational ability to manage records and treatment plans across both locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a diverse caseload of 50 students, splitting your week between two supportive school environments
- Deliver assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and offer direct intervention tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to promote student progress and success
- Document all services provided, maintaining compliance with school protocols and state regulations
- Support educational staff with strategies and accommodations for students with varying abilities
