Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based OT or pediatric setting highly desirable
- Familiarity with K-12 student needs, including IEP documentation and service delivery
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students across multiple campuses, supporting fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into educational programs
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date case notes and reports
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
