Key Qualifications:
- Active and current Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Experience working within school-based settings and with TK-12 populations
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Home Health OT, Healthcare OT, Teletherapy, or School OT
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student growth and access to education
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop targeted therapy goals and monitor progress, maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt therapy approaches to multiple service delivery models, including onsite, virtual, or home-based support, as appropriate
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders and participate in IEP meetings
