Qualifications:
- Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in California (or eligibility).
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings preferred.
- Knowledgeable about TK-12 student needs, IEP processes, and best practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services to students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Assess, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to address student goals.
- Conduct services in various formats—on-site, home visits, or virtually.
- Maintain records and documentation aligned with state and school guidelines.
- Offer support and guidance across a diverse caseload and school settings.
