Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon
- Previous experience with school-based OT services preferred
- Strong ability to conduct evaluations and write fine motor portions of IEPs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to travel between 8 buildings throughout the district
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services (12 students direct, 80 consult)
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams and provide influential consultative support
- Write comprehensive fine motor portions of IEPs
- Deliver effective therapy within multiple school buildings
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
