Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience with K-12 student populations, preferably in school-based or virtual settings
- Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational staff online
- Comfort with digital therapy platforms and willingness to integrate technology into service delivery
- Ability to document and maintain detailed progress and compliance records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (grades Kindergarten through 12)
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop tailored treatment strategies to enhance participation and achievement in school activities
- Consult with educational staff to adapt curriculum and classroom environments in support of student needs
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and participate in virtual IEP meetings as required
- Adhere to compliance standards and timelines throughout the contract period
