Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license with eligibility to work in a school setting
- Experience in virtual service delivery or comfortable providing services in a VoCo (virtual only) environment
- Expertise in supporting K-12 students, tailoring interventions to varied developmental stages and needs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff in a remote context
- Ability to independently manage caseloads and maintain detailed, timely documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to students across grades K-12 in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations
- Document student progress, session data, and maintain accurate records as required by school and regulatory standards
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, consultations, and team planning sessions
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance engagement and therapy outcomes
