What we're seeking:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience delivering services in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of K-12 student needs, including IEP participation and documentation
- Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with students, families, and school teams virtually
- Competence with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality virtual occupational therapy to students in grades K-12
- Evaluate students’ needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records, providing progress reports and ongoing assessments
- Engage students creatively through online activities and adaptive techniques
- Fulfill contracted hours: 6-7 per week, with an additional 10 weeks of compensatory time
