- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable adapting to different school sites and routines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary and middle school students at multiple locations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary school staff
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
