Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license for South Carolina (SC OT License required)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Capable of effectively managing a student caseload of approximately 45, across elementary and middle school levels
- Adaptable, organized, and skilled at building rapport with students and staff
- Comfort working exclusively onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth
- Document, track, and monitor student progress in compliance with school and district requirements
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
