What We’re Looking For:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students across elementary and middle grades
- Comfortable traveling between assigned school sites as needed
- Reliable, proactive, and organized approach to record-keeping and documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to support students’ access to their educational environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers and special education teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Assess and document each student’s needs, progress, and outcomes, maintaining timely and accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and consultation as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team
- Adapt activities to address developmental and functional skill-building, ensuring services align with educational goals
- Remain onsite for the duration of the contract and assigned weekly hours, traveling between designated campuses
