This role will allow you to collaborate directly with educators and families while supporting students’ growth and development.
In this position, you will:
- Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to approximately 45 elementary and middle school students.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions, adapting strategies to meet varied needs.
- Document progress, maintain compliance with educational and legal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize students’ academic and functional success.
- Travel between multiple school sites ensuring comprehensive coverage and support.
Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license required.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Commitment for the full contract period: July 27, 2026 – May 28, 2027.
- Availability for 35–37.5 hours per week onsite only (no virtual option).
