Qualifications for Success:
- Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist credentials
- Experience in school-based OT (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to meet the needs of varied caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
- Adapt intervention methods and resources for diverse needs and settings
