Occupational Therapist School Setting in Circle Pines, MN

Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, or other pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary and middle school levels
- Dedicated to fostering student growth, engagement, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs
- Develop therapeutic interventions to help students succeed academically and socially
- Assess students’ needs and update documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with educators and families, offering training and resources as needed
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
