- An understanding of IEP process and experience in implementing therapy within educational plans
What you'll do in this role:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop tailored therapy plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Offer guidance and support for classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
- Participate in meetings as a member of the student support team
