Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota OT licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs across elementary to high school ages
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy services to a caseload of approximately 15 students
- Assess, plan, and implement goal-driven interventions to support students’ participation in the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all relevant policies and requirements
- Participate in team meetings, offering recommendations to facilitate student success
